A feeling that envelops your being, all that is within, the past and future, all intertwining into the present, a sense of belonging, the gratitude of receiving, the joy of giving, exuding from the core reflecting from the hearts of others, the inherited gift of love

The breath

Uncurling from its cocoon, it catches the light, giving breath giving life, freely. Breathe, deeply feel the rising and fall, moments of possibility uncurling from the cocoon, of our hearts to breathe, to love, freely.
